    Hey all

Michelle -- Happy 20th to Cam!!! Where does the time go?!?!?

Cari -- lovely weather Glad you could get out and enjoy it. Nice!

Jen -- hope ya'll don't have yucky storms -- it's supposed to move here tomorrow with possible tornados

Heather -- hope the show goes well tonight!!! and glad you got to talk to your parents!

    Here:
    * we had book club for coop today for my Am. Lit class. We discussed Their Eyes were Watching God today. I think the general consensus is that this is their favorite book from the year It's my favorite, too!
    * ran a couple of errands on the way home
    * lunch

-- Jim called and said he's probably going to visit his mom this afternoon -- she had her kidney surgery Tuesday (did I tell ya'll that? I thought I did.) She's doing well but is in a lot of pain (as you can imagine). She's still in the hospital. I think I'm going to get him after work, and just the two of us will go visit her.

Well, it's now 2 or 3 hours later, and I got distracted and didn't post this.... HA!

Hanging out for a little bit before heading down on my errands and to meet my friend. We're not meeting until 7:45 pm, but the pharmacy closes at 7:00 pm, so I need to go down early. The key thing will be to get out of Target before getting sucked in . I'm still just so enjoying this beautiful day. So neat how God knows what we need; after this week, I needed the extra lift of warmth and sunshine!

    So far today:

    • Up, showered, dressed & ready for the day.
    • Tidied bathroom; bed still occupied .
    • Emptied dishwasher while coffee was brewing.
    • Quiet time; I'm actually caught up!
    • Checked email, texts, FB, etc. Mostly quiet.
    • Packed up everything for co-op for the day.
    • Shipped out a purchase from last night.
    • Quick stop at Dunkin for Phoebe's coffee.
    • Hallway duty, and now lit class. Pretty low energy.
    • Worked on Lula stuff on the computer.
    • Checked if Dave's expense check was deposited. It was.
    • Lunch (work-free), then monitored an art history class.
    • Continued working on Lula work on the computer.
    • Took a brief nap in the mom's break room.
    • Texted TJ a shopping list for market.
    • Stopped at Charming Charlie's to get accessories for Lula pics.
    • Phoebe worked Lula stuff in the car.
    • Back home; unpacked & put school/co-op things away.
    • Cleaned up the mess Dave left in the kitchen.
    • Upstairs; did a quick tidy, changed to capris.
    • Put away groceries when TJ got home.
    • TJ & Phoebe headed to a youth group activity.
    • Checked email, texts, FB, etc. All quiet.

    Up next:

    • Pick up Dave's Rx at Target; return to AC Moore.
    • Meet a friend for dinner; hang out
    • Back home; downstairs tidy & get Phoebe to bed.
    • Hang out with TJ. Bedtime routine for me.
    • Probably Lula work in there somewhere.

And with that, I think I'll pack up & go. It's already pushing 6:00 pm and the pharmacy is half an hour away. Last thing I want to have to do is go back down tomorrow when I'm going right past it tonight. Not that it hasn't happened before, but still.

    Have a good night, everyone!

Cari- I was enjoying the POH this afternoon. It was cut WAY too short so that we could get on with the evening's festivities.

We did not finish our art project since I ran Rebecca to get her boots. Which are pretty darn cute. We found THE PERFECT black boots for her steampunk design. Oh my gosh.

I hustled on dinner and we prepared to leave.

Dropped R off at 5:30 and toured the Commons- a pedestrian area downtown with restaurants and stores. Then we went to the building where the show was to be held. It was in a hallway. Standing room only and the younger boys were miserable. We finally had to send them out to the van and E joined them after R's runway walk. It was crazytown in there.

She did great though I think she needs to work on her runway attitude.

I went back to where the models were staging for the shows and she was allowed to go!

We all went to have ice cream and then came on home. We were home just after 8:30...not bad.

I would really like to finish my painting, but I guess I'll wait...

Can't believe it's almost 11:30 pm. The evening went so quickly, but in a good way. All in all, it really was a good day. Much more relaxed than the last few days, and I needed that!

    Today's Accomplishments:

    • Up, showered, dressed & ready for the day.
    • Tidied bathroom; bed still occupied .
    • Emptied dishwasher while coffee was brewing.

    • Lunch (work-free), then monitored an art history class.
    • Continued working on Lula work on the computer.
    • Took a brief nap in the mom's break room.
    • Texted TJ a shopping list for market.

    • Met a friend for dinner; hung out
    • Back home; did a downstairs tidy.
    • West Wing w/TJ and Lula on the computer.

And with that, it's off to bed.

    Happy birthday Cameron!

I had an allergic reaction to the CT contrast yesterday. It started before I left so they gave my iv antihistamines. Iím still groggy from them & still kind of itchy, but the intern and Wesley took care of me until Chris got home (about 8:30). I slept for 12 hrs last night. Dh has been taking care of everything and Iíve been resting. So no decluttering for me today!
