Last night I made meat loaf, but formed it into large meatballs so it would bake faster. P made spaghetti squash in parmesan cream sauce, and we had some sliced tomatoes from the garden. Tonight the plan is chicken parmesan (I made lots of tomato sauce in the crockpot yesterday), sauteed Brussels sprouts, and salad.

Tonight we are having leftovers before taking the kids out for Halloween, and tomorrow is my mom's birthday and I am serving Turkey Manicotti, green salad and homemade garlic bread, and my dad is bringing an ice cream cake.
